I went into the room to check on Kya and Lauren. Kya is curled into her mom sound asleep. Lauren has an expression of happiness on her face. I can understand Lauren’s expression. I love snuggling and sleeping with Harper on me. I’ve let them sleep for an hour.
I moved to Lauren’s side and gently shook her shoulder. “Lauren.” I said loud enough for her to hear, but not scare her. I had to say her name once more and shake a little harder. She murmured and opened her eyes. “Just waking you.” She nodded.
