39November 25, 2024 Porsad Hospital Sanath lay half-naked on a hospital bed, too incapacitated to count how many painkillers he had been administered over the last few days. Three of his four limbs had dislocated bones, his right leg being the lone limb standing. He had cracked a couple of ribs, and a deep gash marred his right upper abdomen.
