Ipilima Colony 1
Ipilima was a small secluded town, about a two-hour ride from the heart of Holpura. It had two temples, an ashram, a single provision store and a residential area which could house 15 families. Quite a few of the houses were empty, and the others were occupied temporarily by old couples and pilgrims who had seen enough of worldly pleasures.
Ipilima was also now the permanent abode of Mr. Dhananjaya Raman and Mrs. Aparna Raman, an aging couple who had moved here a year ago. The news of their then 18-year old son Sanath having killed another person had left them distraught, as they struggled to fend off the barrage of questions from people in their neighbourhood.
