The phone had stopped then it began again, the phone continued to ring, Frank hesitated for a brief moment. It had caught him by surprise but now he noticed that the camera was moving from him to the phone. Was someone actually trying to contact them? Was there people alive here? Who exactly was calling? He looked at Alina and Ryan they both had the same expression on their faces that he did. They didn’t know. He stepped forward slowly and cautiously with his gun still pointed ahead. His ears listening for the faintest noise or the slightest movement by the reception desk.
Frank was standing right next to the phone he took a deep breath and picked it up.
“Hello,” he said.
There was a shuffle on the phone and then a struggle as mutilpe voices tried to speak at the same time.
