"Look at the kid first." I wave Rossi away and pull James forward. The doctor looks up with an oblique eye.
"Does your mother know this?" he asks and James shakes his head. Rossi sighs. "You know I have to call your mom."
"No need. Luca has already picked up Grace." I tell them.
James and Thomas' eyes big. Behind us, Marcel is taken to the operating room.
"I'm going to look at your father after this."
James looks away from his father. Thom follows him with his eyes until the doors close.

"It's not too bad. I will bandage your arm. Keep it clean." James nods to Rossi. Kid got lucky Marcel shoots just as badly.
