JAKE is IN TROUBLE

Sophia was very discouraged. The words of doctor Kyle continued to echo very well in her ears.. doctor Kyle's words kept haunting her

“Young woman.. i really understand your situation but the fact is that right now it's just too risky..your body is really weak and abortion at this stage…isn't advisable at all” he said softly..

Many thoughts began to fill her head.. The innocent child growing inside her belong to Jake.. the same man who lied to her for many years

She placed her hands on her belly and cried harder..

Doctor Kyle was calm. and told her

"At this point, you need rest and a calm mind.. first take care of yourself and eat.. you'll be fine”

Sophia felt like slapping him instead she looked at the window towards the morning sun that was shining outside.. Luckily for her, later in the afternoon, she was discharged and was given medicine and advice

The nurse's advice her to try her best to avoid stress and eat healthy meals and drink plenty water.. She thanked the nurses and walked out of the hospital..

She was now alone

“Please, can you take me somewhere in the city where i can rent a cheap room" she told the taxi driver

About 12 minutes later, the taxi driver stopped in the front of an old two storey building.. The rooms was AFFORDABLE and built in a simple way

The landlord, MR BENSON welcome Her.

“So , Young woman you're to pay your rent every month.. This room isn't big but trust me it's clean and modest.. he explained

" Alright sir, I'll manage here..i just need somewhere to stay “

Then she paid for one month using some money she had saved

Mr Benson handed her The keys, and the room had a small bed , a tiny table,one chair and a narrow window.. Now she's really completely alone.

No one to comfort her

No one knew where she was staying

Now Sophia is carrying the baby of a man she cannot go back to.. How would she cope with pregnancy and, raising a child as a single heartbroken mother

Sophia cried out her eyes in that small room.

At the same time, JAKE arrived at his company Voss holdings. His secretary came to his office and handed him some very important files

“Good morning Sir" the secretary greeted him

Jake didn't respond to the greeting and was looking very exhausted

" Sir, they need the Certificate of Incorporation / Articles of Incorporation documents and some other necessary documents before they can give us the contract

Jake froze immediately and his heart started to beat fast. Oh my gosh, Sophia took them. "Please leave..tell them I am coming to see them” Jake told the secretary and she left

When his secretary left, he opened his office safe and didn't see the documents

That's when it really dawned on him that it was among the documents Sophia took

Now he's really in a tight corner. Jake immediately called his lawyer Sanderson

“Hello Sanderson, please check whether they are any copies of the documents we need to get the contract..

“Sir, we don't need copies, our client need the original documents before giving us the contract" The lawyer answered calmly.

"When is the deadline?" Jake asked

"sir it's Three days.” the lawyer replied

Jake hung up and placed his two hands on his head

"Sophia has finished me.. Oh my God.. how can i resolve this”

Jake is really in trouble because if the deadline passed, his company would lose the contract and he really needs that contract in order to help him pay back that loan. he finally understood how serious the situation had become.

He sat alone in his office, angry and confused at the same time. He looked at Sophia's framed photograph, stood up and threw it on the floor with anger.

"Why will you do this to me Sophia? Why do you want to frustrate my life?" he whispered.

Jake left his office at 8pm he drove alone and was thinking too much
