Chapter 3: Shawn and his Friends ( Oregon, USA)

Meanwhile , in the huge town of Portland, Oregon.

Shawn and his friends are in the library who's gathering information about their research papers regarding the accent artifacts.

All of them are currently studying at Port land State University.

Shawn is a 17 years old American, loves to read mysteries, solving crimes, accent times, Gods and goddesses and many more.

At the age of 3, his parents were really amaze of him cause he can already understood his surroundings and the emotions of people near him.

He always rides his bike.

Gabriel is a boy classmate of Shawn and also his friend.

Gabriel is very athletic, loves to do some sports and he's favorite is soccer.

He has a mascular body with abs, good looks, same age of Shawn. mix blood with European-American blood.

It's Miguel, the older brother of Shawn.

He's 1 year ahead of them and his 18 years old.

Miguel is a math and science genius, he always at the top of his class.

He's a good brother to Shawn. Miguel serves like a father to him.

Some of his friends and classmates, transfered another chairs cause Gabriel and Miguel are talking and they can't concentrate.

While Shawn is still reading, a bunch of noises are heard outside the building.

It's Vanessa, the Lady Rider. She came from a rich family. She owns many vehicles but her favorite is the improvise motorcycle of Honda Goldwing into a Sky Phoenix and she named it "Veta".

Vanessa can do some tricks with her motorcycle, she can ride it while standing and only one wheel on the surface and the other wheel is on top.

A crown cheers of people are can be found outside. Vanessa is allowed to do such crazy things in the University cause her family donated huge amount of money yearly in that university.

Oh, yeah it's Vanessa", said by Gabriel surprisingly.

After a couple of few hours, a time has pass and it's already 5pm. A time to go home.

Shawn was the last person aside from the librarian inside the library, his classmates, friends and his brother went home already.

Shawn notice that there is no other people anymore, so he packed his things inside the bag and wear it.

He went outside the school and unlocked his bike and he started cycling going to his home.

While cycling he notice that something who is following him.

So, he stops and he sees Vanessa.

I'm not following you", Vanessa Replied.

I'm heading same as your direction", she added.

Your on motorcycle you can drive fast", Shawn said.

Vanessa and Shawn are in the side of the road in the middle of nature full of tress everywhere, with no houses to be found.It is like a road in a center of forest.

My friend Tania, said this is the right route going to " Grandma's Chapter Bakeshop", Vanessa said.

Tania, recommended your shop that it offers good and delicious cookies. I haven't eaten cookies for a long time so I came all this way to find it.

He put his bike at the garage and he go back to the front. There family business are separated from their house but only 1 meter distance away.

Vanessa park her motorcycle near the big three and she sees Shawn wave his hands and signal to get in there.

Wow!, you have many delicacies", happy tone of voice of Vanessa.

Yes, this one is called cauliflower cookie, my grand mother's use to plant cauliflower in her time, so she decided to extract some cauliflower and try many times to blend and mix it with ingredients. It became one of our family's best recipes.

While eating they talk about the grandmother of Shawn.

My Grandmother died a year ago due to illness and she's old enough.

An hour have pass and it's already evening when Miguel arrived.
