There was no way to avoid the Shredders at the stairwell even if Jake managed to bypass the two Droids on the floor. The orderly’s linens and the meal tray disguised him from afar but the mechas would be able to easily detect him at close range. Their scanning ability would at once reveal that he was not a human orderly but a Necromancer. If he used the teleportation skill to traverse the mechas and reach the staff, he wouldn’t be able to escape with the orderly.
