Tuck glanced at the clock on the opposite wall. Following his gaze, Gizmo noticed it was already after midnight. “I’m okay with it, but don’t get so caught up you forget to get some shut eye. Too long without and you miss things.” Tuck pushed himself to his feet and went to the door, letting himself out. Gizmo nodded but didn’t move right away as his mind had spun ahead. It took him a moment to realize he was wasting time, so he locked the door and let himself back into his little hideaway.
