Jill jumped when her phone chirped. She"d been trying so hard to ignore it, that it making noise surprised her. Unable to resist, she picked it up and checked the message. It was from Gizmo. Her stomach fluttered and her mouth went dry. Was he telling her he was too busy to see her tonight or just the opposite. In that moment, she wasn"t sure which she wanted more. Wanting to end the uncertainty, she opened and read the message. He was free. What did she want to do? What did she want to do?
