Then in a few minutes of him and his private secretary entrance, the staffs were now noticing their presence
"Shhhhh…. that's the CEO Demitrus over there" an employee called to his friend on sighting the CEO at the elevator side of the hall
Within some few seconds all the employees in the current staff floor where Demitrus was could notice his presence as the whole floor fell into a deafening silence
It was a rare thing to see the high and mighty CEO face to face, as an employee you only see him mostly on the screen of your home TV speaking in an exclusive interview or the sort, or at the pages of a business magazine
It wasnt an experience that was common even though they were all in the Same building, seeing the CEO was totally out of question as there are a long line of bosses before one could even get to 5he man at the top
Demitrus now looking across the hall after he had gotten a feel of the aura he had come to check for, started walking back to the elevator
"Please continue your work everyone" his private secretary said as her boos began leaving
Looking to her side as she turned to follow the CEO Demitrus at his back she saw a staff coming towards them
'Must be the top staff in this floor' she thought, the person in charge of the daily activities and work of the employees in this department
Shaking her head to signal to the approaching staff not to come any closer, she went along with the CEO to another office hall in the the same floor
Then they went down to another floor, then another and another
"I see the news of such an amount stolen from the company has greatly affected the morale of the staffs" Demitrus said to his private staff as they head back to the elevator to go back to the top floor
There still 90+ floors in the building but the aura he had gotten from the few floors he had been to was already enough to speak for the whole building
"We need to get that money back and fast" Demitrus said as the elevator door slammed shut
The day was getting late as the special squad for the operation were already getting prepared in their full head to toe gear
Their gear looking impregnable like some futuristic well fitted robot body, their guns all charged up and held in a war like stance
This was really a well funded side of the security agency with a team of about thirty men with their bullet proof black glass helmet and body armour
The chief chief security officer was also geared up like him men, all black with single difference of a white band in his hand to indicate his leadership
Demitrus and his team of executives were arrived in their stretch of official black tinted mercedes Benz
Demitrus and his private secretary was also dressed up, but in a black suit along with the executives that had come to see how prepared the team for the operation was
"They would surely do the job, they are dressed up like they are going for some sophisticated war for christ-sake" one of the executive said with a smile on his face
"So this evening is the showdown, am sorry for the guys at the other end of the rope, our agents are going to put them down like dogs, I wish I could watch it happen" another of the lower branch executive said
He had Gold rings on his fingers and you could see his diamond earrings glittering in the night light, he was the chief of one of the department, Horlan his name was
"We are going to watch it of course, the squad would all be wearing body cameras like they usually do" said the other executive looking like one who had more than enough money in the bank
"No we won't" Horlan replies Glauber, another one of the Chief officer
"Why wouldn't we, I don't understand, if you are scared of seeing all the blood spill that was to occur, you could just skip watching the event, don't drag us along with you" Glauber said as he laughed
"Leonard Briggs Demitrus would be going to the operation himself" Horlan looked directly at Glauber as he said this to enjoy his reaction
Glauber had an apple stuck to his pen knife which he was eating and nearly choked on it after what Horlan had just said
"Oh damn, and I haven't heard of this since?" Glauber said as he rubbed his stomach with his hand, recovering from the slight choke
He then look over as the front side, seeing the great Leonard Briggs Demitrus standing strong and straight looking at the agents as they stand upright all prepared for whatever is asked of them
Horlan waved his hand with the golden rings "Why would you hear about it when you are always so busy with your girls" he smirked
And all of the other executives around laughed at what Horlan had just said
All Seven Executives of Gloucrest international were all present, they were so knowledgeable about the world as none of them had lived less than a hundred years
Yes they were all 100+ years in age, but none of them was old or looking old in any way, they were all dragons and belonged to the Demitrus dragon clan
Money was nothing to them now have accumulated so much during their lifetime, after shapes gifting into human form and staying in the skin for so long they had gotten used to it
Rarely do they transform into their dragon form as the present modern society they live in was not used to the idea of dragons, creatures of fire and rulers of the sky
The royal family (Demitrus) of the clan had the special ability of transforming to dragons and back to human form anytime they see fit, but to the rest of the clan it wasn't that way
They take about a month to a year to transform to the different form, and one cannot know beforehand how long it will take to transform back after changing form, this made them to transform only when highly needed unlike the royals that could change anytime they want, tho limited by society culture as dragons were something of a myth in the present
