Klayton's P.O.V.
Today has been a long and very drawn-out day and I honestly can't wait for it to end.
I started out the day feeling very optimistic about sorting things out with my girl but lost quite a bit of that optimism when I found out she had left the state for a break with Carter.
I wasn't happy about this at first but when I found out why she had decided to leave for a few days, I still wasn't happy about it but I understood why she needed this break.
I also felt really irritated and annoyed when Ben told me that Cassie was no longer in Cameron, not only because she had left the state with another man even though I know he's gay but it was mostly because I wanted her here within arms reach of me where I can still see her and I know she's safe.
