My arms ache from today's whole activity, who knew this tiny girl would cause me so much headaches.
I watch her run into the house even with me calling after her and I sigh knowing I'd never hear the end of this.
“Way to go buddy, you completely ruined the day for everybody including yourself”
“Can you not be so unhelpful for just five seconds?”
I park the car and step into the house not knowing exactly what to say. The look on father's face is enough to send me to hell but that's not what I'm thinking about at the moment.
Dad goes on to yell for a few minutes but I can't pay attention because my mind is so fixated on Ivy. I need to make things right but I just don't know how to.
“I'm sorry father” Is the best thing that I can say right before I start to climb up the stairs.
