Adrian looked at Elara as she lay bedside his bed asleep,his gaze soft and gentle. Then Alex walked in.
His gaze shifted from Elara to him as he walked towards him.
“Sir,Jeremy has successfully been transferred”.
“ Alright, anything else" .Adrian asked,his voice not that audible.
Alex took a deep breath,his cheek dropped.” No sir,we are still working on it. But I assure you,we will get to the root of this “.
Adrain waved at him,gesturing to him to leave. He needed to get to the bottom of all of this,who knows who might be shot next time, especially now that Elara was their target.
Elara stretched herself, gently raising her head,then her gaze met that of Adrain. She rolled her eyes, and placed her right hand on her lips,a gentle smile spread across her face.
She blushed.
