On a large sofa in the living room, Qin Qin bonelessly laid on it while browsing the internet. She had wasted a month ordering a lot of things from the internet and renovating some small things inside and outside her villa.
She strengthened the security of the villa by calling a company to construct a large cement fence around the whole villa which is 7 feet tall and 8 inches wide. She also converted the space of her front lawn and backyard as a garden of vegetables which easily ripens. She also called a bunch of people to install solar panels all around the villa's rooftop, she didn't forget to buy a backup 100kw generator powered by diesel and gallons of diesel and 2 more 50kw electric generators.
Qin Qin made sure that she threw a lot of big useless furniture to make more space. Since it was a zombie apocalypse we're talking about, Qin Qin makes sure that water and electricity are already available. She also renovated a lot of guest rooms. The biggest guest room turned into a mini garden with implanted fruits on it, the second guest room was where a lot of tools of various uses are kept.
She also bought three large freezers with meat and ice creams in them in the kitchen.
Tapping on the phone for almost every minute, Qin Qin wasted her money buying more comfortable clothes and leather clothes, she also included a lot of protective gear and a bunch of knives of all kinds.
"I also need to fill up the pond with fishes and shrimps." Qin Qin mumbled as she made another order on a different website.
*Ting* *Ting*
After being satisfied with her purchase, a person she knew called.
"Hello, uncle." Qin Qin accepted the call and maintained a neutral voice, neither showing happiness or anger.
"Qin'er, a lot of notifications came from your account, why are you buying so many things like a large aquarium and water purification?" Liu Ran looked at the tablet in his hand and saw a lot of weird purchases from different websites.
"Oh... I'm readying myself." Qin Qin opened her laptop and downloaded a bunch of movies and novels in it.
"Readying yourself for what?" Liu Ran's brows twitch and a weird premonition bloomed in his mind.
"I'm readying myself to be a full-fledge hikikomori with sufficient tools and equipment to make sure I don't need to contact the outside world anymore." Qin Qin bluntly stated, it's not like she can tell this uncle that there was going to be an apocalypse two months later, If she did, this man would really call a therapist on her.
"Do you need to go for a treatment? I can call a therapist for you." Liu Ran helplessly asked. He'd known for a long time that this girl has bear a grudge in him, after all, he's the one who seized control of the company she inherited.
"No need. I want to be an introvert with a lot of money so send more if you can." Qin Qin shamelessly asked for more money, her funds are running low due to the extravagant spending on her survival supplies.
"Fine but make sure you regularly go out, ok?" Liu Ran can only compromise, he had tried to send some friends on her way but she only turned them down. The accident of her parents' car crash gives her a big blow and she slowly closed herself on the big villa he had gifted.
"Ok, I'll do that. Please give the money fast." Qin Qin heartlessly hangs up the call. She got what she needs after all.
"Now, I'll download a lot of manual on how to cook and more." Qin Qin downloaded a lot of books on her laptop and tablet. She was smart and had a good memory but that doesn't mean she knows everything, so having a lot of books that can solve her problems will really be helpful when she lives a life of a recluse.
"Ahh~ Shopping is really the best." Qin Qin released her frustration through her fingers, tapping continuously on the phone.
