Weekend craze

Finally, it was Friday, Tega was so excited, she can sleep in on Saturday morning before heading to Craig's place for the hang out, she loves sleeping in on weekends especially after the very busy week just concluded at work, working on the system for too long affect the back, presently she had a killer back ache and all she wants is to sleep it off, she thought about her love life or the lack of a love life, maybe hanging out with guys wasn't helping her love life but she believe a woman should be treated with respect although the woman should show she values herself first since you can't expect a man to respect you when you show none for yourself and because of this belief, men find her too strong for them to handle especially those looking to take advantage of her, coupled with the fact that she was seen in the company of guys, that pushes guys off thinking she is probably with one of the guys. but she was getting tired of the loneliness, getting out of bed Saturday morning at 9am she checked her phone only to see 10 missed calls from the guys and a text from Toby asking where she was.

she got out of bed and made pancake for herself, ate and headed to the shower, while in the shower she started singing one of her favourite song "one call away" by Charlie Puth, she dried her hair and wore one of her loose jeans with a long sleeved round neck top,then she headed off to Craig's place which was a 20minutes drive but it took her 30mintues to drive there, her car was not in the best of conditions presently and she kept procrastinating taking it for repairs.

when she arrived at Craig's she saw Toby seating at a corner with a bottle of beer and Craig seating on the floor while resting his head on sofa behind him, there was a blonde seating with Craig and resting her head on his shoulder, they were all watching a movie, it was the fast and furious 5, they've talked about watching it together but these idiots went ahead without her, she shook her head and throw a throw pillow at Craig while seating beside Toby and punching him on his arm for starting without her.

by evening that same day, Tega sat at one of the VIP corner of a club sipping her drink quietly and alone, her buddies had gone to the dance floor to mingle so they won't be single at end of the day, the blonde with Craig left after the movie and he was out hunting for another love of his life once again.

Tega heard a voice from the other VIP section close to her, she could hear the man telling his date to go get his drink and to hurry up, she thought it was suppose to be the other way around, the man should be getting the drinks and being a gentle man but this one sounded like an arrogant bastard and she felt inclined to give him a piece of her mind but she also knew it was none of her business so she concentrated on her phone and opened up a story online and with that she blocked out all the noise.
