By the time Aden got to his mum's apartment he has managed to work himself up so much so that he could only mutter his greetings to his mum and she just waved him off and hugged him instead, it has been a while she saw her son and she wasn't about to let his mood deter her from getting a long over due hug from him. the next morning Adeila, Aden's mum came out from her room to see him still muttering insult to an invisible person, though he was talking to her cat she still finds the behaviour rather strange so she decided it was time to ask him about his mood, she told him to come help her out with breakfast and while they were in the kitchen preparing the food, she asked him what all the muttering was about and he said, it was nothing but because she kept asking, he said it was work and this made Adeila burst into laughter. Aden was taken aback by this and asked why she was laughing, she said "am your mother Aden and I should know you better than anyone else, work can't put you in this mood but I believe Love can". Aden was shock to hear this from his mum, was he truly in love with that girl, yes he was attracted to her, she is beautiful and smart but was it love. Adeila kept observing him and she smile, she could see that whoever the girl is, she has succeeded in getting to him, he had always keep girls at arm's length and Adeila knew it was because he was scared of getting hurt and he has also set an invisible standard he believes his woman must meet so this came as a good surprise to her, oh she would give anything to meet the woman that has got her son so rattled up but Aden has gone mute since she mentioned love. At the far end of the same city that morning Tega was wetting the flowers by the window sill and at the same time letting off steam, oh that man makes her mad, he is arrogant and too self involved, he thinks the world should revolve around him, she had alot of opinion about him that she was sharing with the plants, she has been at it for about five minutes when she heard her dad laughing behind her, he said " I think you have the wrong audience, who you want to share those opinion with must be the man you trashed his car last night and I think you like him more than you let on otherwise you wouldn't be this angry over whatever he did" now this made her laugh, like was far from her dictionary where Aden is concern, infant she refuse to waste any emotion on him, so she told her father she is indifferent when it comes to him.
