Suddenly, Aki had an idea. He calls for Kai and order his man to watch over Annie.
In the reading room, Aki is discussing something with Kai.
“Kai, the girl doesn’t remember herself and I will take her in.”
“Aki, are you crazy? You keep her here and if the cops find out, they will charge you with kidnapping.”
“Only if she is not Mina.”
“What do you mean by that, Aki?”
“From now on, she’s Mina.” Aki explained.
“What?!!”
“I said, she will be Mina from now onwards. Back then we only report Mina as a missing person and no one actually found her body. Technically, Mina’s identity is still valid. So she will now hold Mina’s identity and by that it is not wrong to have her here with us and no one knows about the accident.”
“Aki….I…don’t know.”
“Don’t worry Kai, I got this cover. Just do as I say. It’s almost morning, we need to bring her to Dr. Mo for MRI. I’ll go get Mina’s identity card so we could register her as Mina in the hospital.”
