As time flies by in class, first lessons being shown, quizzes being answered, and headaches being embedded in the minds of the students unhindered.
The bell rings, and the students got up and left the classroom, heading towards the cafeteria. Zane going with them strolled and yawned through the halls, and to the cafeteria, waiting in line to get his lunch, and sat at a table, isolated from everyone else, leaving him to his solitude and beautiful silence.
While eating lunch, he grabbed and opened his bag, reaching in, and pulled a notebook, and pencil, placing them on the table. He grabbed the pencil with his left hand, and opened the book, revealing an unfinished sketch of a garden filled with roses,
He then closed his eyes, and imagined, placing an image of the garden in his mind, entrenching it with all sorts of ideas of creativity, beauty, and happiness, but somewhat felt missing. Idea by Idea, art by art, every single thing he hoped to embed to the sketch, was all wrong and unfitting,
Leaving him with a block that clouded his heart with confusion, and tension, infuriating his mind. As he thought of more worthless ideas, he got tired, and decided to just polish the sketch, hoping it would relieve him of the block,
But as he held his pen as close to the book, about to draw, he was interrupted by a large bag that fell on the table, destroying the silence.
He looked up at the person that dropped it, and saw a tall girl, with long hair as yellow as the sun, pink thin lipstick, and eyes as blue as the sky, looking down on him, and as he gazed upon the sight of the girl, he slowly uttered a word in calm disturbed voice,
“Can I…help you?”.
The girl manifested an angered face, as an angel turned into a demon, surrounded with beauty, but dark as her wings. Zane being replied with nothing but silence, he just looked back down to his notebook and continued sketching, ignoring the angered girl, but as drew, the girl finally spoke,
“My first day…being greeted by a self-entitled girl, ruining my very image as she made me into a source of gossip, and then being hidden in a room filled with filth, ruining my f*****g HAIR!!! And now you…who ruined my first impression to my own class, interrupting my very words as you come in like a pig that came from a puddle of mud, and not to mention my f*****g HAIR!!!”.
As the angry girl railed Zane with complaints, being made clueless and confused, he reached in his bag again, and pulled out a set of headphones, placing it on his head, and played his favorite music, Ignoring the girl’s annoying voice.
The girl noticing Zane, denying her presence, grabbed the headphones and threw them to the other end of the table, Zane got up and snapped,
“What the f**k girl!!! You could’ve just placed it gently instead of throwing it, I just bought that!!!”.
“That…was the only thing it took to get your attention? how infuriating can you be?!?’” The girl said.
“Look who’s talking”, Zane replied, and as those words came out from his very mouth, the girl instantly grabbed him by his collar, and spoke to him in whispers that echoed loud from her ego,
“This…has been a very…very bad day for me, and when it is, then it’s going to be bad…for everybody. You ruining my impression was the last draw, and because of that, I…will rain every punishment known to this school!!!”.
Zane thought to himself, “Have I heard this before?”, then started to reply to the girl,
“Look girl, I don’t know who you are, or what I did to make you upset, but can you just berate me later, I am in the middle of something here, and also can you get my headphones back?”.
The girl, bewildered and irritated, by the words that he spoke, snapped and said,
“You son of a bit-“.
“There you are”,
A voice heard in a distance, interrupting the girl.
Zane looked towards where the voice came from and saw another girl with a group of students behind her. He turned his mind away from his art and the girl, and instead being replaced with thoughts of disgust and disdain,
“Not her too”, he thought to himself while seeing the figure of Daisy walking towards him.
Daisy stopped and stood there like an arrogant princess.
“You will pay for crashing into me, hours of makeup ruined because of you!!! I will make sure you will be given every punishment that my father can give you, I can even tell him to buy your pathetic house, and make your mother pay for it”.
Saying that as she laughed and grinned at the very image of his family struggling by her power, a satisfying revenge. Zane clenched his fist at the very mention of his mother, rage and anger filtered his heart, wanting to tear Daisy’s face, but hesitated as his collar was still in the hands of the girl.
Daisy noticed that he was being held and immediately spoke to the girl,
“Now, who the hell is this, speak girl!!!”.
The girl let go of Zane, slowly turning around to face Daisy, holding up a smile and cheery face, and said in a happy tone,
“Oh, it’s you again, fancy meeting you here”,
Daisy looked and the girl and recognized her, “Oh, well if it isn’t the new girl, I guess bumping into me is your daily schedule of annoyance, I thought you said it won’t happen again”.
Daisy walked up to the girl and examined her, “You are pretty cute, too bad you made friends with Mayton”.
“She is not my friend”. Zane said.
The girl agreed, but Daisy replied in an uncaring tone,
“It doesn’t matter if you two are friends or not, both of you will still going to be punished”.
The girl instantly gasped, saying that she didn’t do anything,
“You broke your promise, and annoyed me more by being with Mayton, two headaches put into one place, that deserves punishment whether you are friends or not, I…DON’T…CARE!!!”,
Saying that as she snaps her finger, ordering the students behind her to grab Zane and the girl,
“Since you only angered me twice, ill just convince a teacher to give you 5 hours of detention, take it as a time to think about annoying me again, but as for you Zane, you will be heading straight to the principal’s office, let's see how you like it when I ruined something your mother put a lot of effort to, your education”.
Zane tried to resist, saying that she cannot do this, not to her mother, but Daisy did not give a single damn of his whining and sent him away towards the office, while the girl was taken away to a teacher, and as the girl passed by Daisy, she thought to herself with every resentment in her heart,
“I…will ruin you… after all of this is resolved, that I promise you that I will keep”.
