3. Profession

After he got freshened up and ready. He entered into his lab which is in another dimension. He has to match the frequency to enter it. He typed the frequency and portal opened. He entered it and closed. Now he is in his lab. His lab is divided into two complexes. One is his personal lab in which he was working on his personal project “BLACK” and the other one is his professional lab in which he was working on his professional project “discover the conditions on the planet WASP-2389 BLG-5487” is under process.
First he went into his Personal lab and spent some time in it. He has been working on it for so many years. He is making progress in it. It's one of his ambitions. He worked there for a while and then he got out of that lab. Then he entered his professional lab. It's a lab based on his profession. He works on both his personal and professional projects simultaneously.
After some time he came out of that. He opened the portal back to his room. He came out of his room to go to his station. His mother is present in the hall doing some work. She saw him and called him, Steve, are you going to your research station? Steve is in a bit of a hurry. She called him to eat breakfast. For her question Steve replied, yes mom. I'm going to work. It's a bit late today. I've never noticed time in the lab work.
For that his mother called him Steve, come here, Eat your breakfast first. You still have time. And you are the boss there. There is no wrong and no one will scold you if you go a bit late. For that Steve replied, Mom it's getting late, only 2 minutes 38 seconds left. His mom laughed and said sarcastically, a world renowned physicist, can't he calculate this easy one. Travel time between house and station is only 3 seconds. You still have so much time.
Just eat and go. It won't take much time. Steve sighed in distress as he knew what would be the discussion now between him and his mother. But he can't say no to her and if he doesn't eat she won't eat. So he said, Ok mom, coming. Steve sat at the table and Nova tried to serve it. His mother stopped Nova and said I will serve my son. Nova said, OK, madam. Then she started to serve breakfast to her son and started to talk, Steve, you are now old enough to get married.
But till now you have zero interest in it. See, I understand your passion and profession and your fame is because of your hard work. But that should not affect your personal life. You shouldn't be stuck to work always. In life there is a place for marriage also. So please listen to me, marry soon. Steve saw towards her and said I understand that this will be the topic now you are going to discuss. That's why I wanted to escape. But you are never letting me go. Mom, we had discussed this matter many times. But you do not understand.
To you, marriage is only a process that has to take part in life. But to me, it is the mutual understanding between the two hearts. Till now I found no one like that. So please leave me until I find my love and soul mate. Mom started to talk, if you are stuck in this work and never find interest in anyone. How will you find that? Steve said, I've faith in mom. I will find her. Mom said, OK dear, but please marry soon. This is my only request to you. It's my only wish now.
I've raised a famous and intelligent boy. I've got no regrets about you. But I want to see your marriage Steve. It's my only wish. For that Steve took her hand in his hand and told, mom, I promise you, I will marry soon. You will be proud of me in my selection; same as my profession you will have no regrets in this too. Ok mom, I got to go. Time’s up. Mom wipes her tears and says, `` Ok son, bye. Steve turned back and smiled at her and said Bye mom. He is going near a machine.
He pressed a frequency and the machine opened a portal to his station. There are two types of transportation present. One is flyers which fly in air traffic and the second one is a portal system. Every portal has a particular frequency. So by matching that, we can connect to that portal and can go to that place within seconds. The flyers are present with the normal people but celebrities and rich people will travel through portals. Steve matched the frequency to the portal present in the station and went there. He is the project Head in that station.
He has three assistants under him who are actually his friends. They are John, Jake and James. John is a bit jealous of him because. Before Steve's entry in his life, John's a genius and a handsome boy. He gets all the attention from the people. But after Steve enters his life, He is more handsome and more skilled and intelligent than John. Now he gets all the attention. So he is a bit jealous of him, while the other two are good. Four of them have been friends since childhood. They enjoy their routine after work. Meanwhile Steve also works on his personal project “BLACK”.
There is progress in his professional work also. Life is going smoothly until this time. On one fine day a beautiful lady joined the station. Her name is ANGELINA. She was employed under Steve's project. She went to introduce herself to the chief. But on her first sight to Steve, she fell in love with Steve but covered it. She introduced herself to the team. On seeing her John got lost. He wanted her.
But he observed that she was showing more interest in Steve. He got jealous of him and wanted her badly. So he was waiting for an opportunity to get rid of Steve. Now he was the second person in the station who had anger on Steve. The first person is asst. director of his station named Peter. He wanted to offer a project head post to his nephew but due to his knowledge and skill Steve had got that job. So he was also waiting for an opportunity to get rid of him…..
