Episode 2

3rd person p.o.v

Kelvin closed the door and entered the pin to lock the door. He set the hangers back to their place. Moving back to mirror he set his royal blue coat and red tie and ran his fingers through his hairs and set them and then glancing himself for the last time before moving towards his bedroom. He picked his phone from the side table and called his PA David. “Yeah ….now you have to do your business with that car and the cctv footage ……and listen, if anyone……. I mean anyone came to knew about your blunder then I’ll ruin you…..and put the note in her house so that no one get suspicious about it” saying that he cut the call and put his phone in his pocket.

The ceremony was over but Nikkie haven’t seen her boss till now. She was trying to reach her phone but no one was attending her call. Megan have always attended her call and that was much unexpected of her. She became worried and thought of asking Mrs. Stones because she last saw Megan talking with Mrs. Stones. “Ummmmm excuse me Mrs. Stones, have you seen Megan anywhere? “ .” no dear ,she left to change but I haven’t seen her after that. I thought that she left that’s why she was not here “said Mrs. Stones. “Have you tried to call her? “asked Mrs. Stones worried. “yes, she ain’t picking the calls” . “Ok let’s watch the cctv footage” saying that she was going to camera room with nikkie.

Kelvin was watching everything in the other corner of garden with a straight face and no one would have accused him anyway. He was talking with some business partners that were invited in the wedding. HE was least interested in their talks and his whole mind was occupied with Megan. He knew that his plan was perfect and no one would suspect him because no one ever saw them together.

The guard showed these two women the footage of Megan walking towards her car and then she drove away with her same casual dress and then she had worn earlier. Nikkie found it a bit strange because Megan never left before the event ends but she didn’t said anything after that. Mrs. Stone said “maybe she had some emergency that’s why she left so early”.

After the event ended, nikkie decided to visit Megan and rushed towards her apartment. she stopped at Megan’s place and saw that her car was in the parking area. Seeing that Nikkie opened the door with the spare key that she have. Entering the house she switched on the lights and called Megan to which she got no reply. She started searching her everywhere. She became worried and again called her to which no one attended the call. She was in the lounge and then sat on the couch with her elbows on her legs and hands supported her face. She was extremely exhausted after the event and worried about her friend and boss.

She laid back on the couch and started thinking of the worst case. ‘if she’s kidnapped then what will they do with her. She don’t have anyone that she could rely on. But why would she get kidnapped. She don’t have anyone against her and she left all her inherited property to her siblings. Oh God I’m so worried about her where she is. Please someone help me’. She then stood up and walked towards the door. When she turned to switch off the lights, just then she saw a letter on the table. She grabbed the letter and opened it. It was a printed letter. “Hey Nikkie, I knew you would be worried about me but don’t worry I’m totally fine. I’m going somewhere for some days don’t know the exact number of days, but I’ll contact you soon and till then please manage everything, love you” seeing that letter a smile came upon her face that finally her friend have taken a break from her work  after working her ass off. “Don’t worry I have your back, just enjoy wherever you are” she said to herself and then left Megan’s place.

David saw Nikkie walking out of Megan’s place and she unlocked her car and then drives away. David was watching everything in his car parked on the roadside in the night. He then called kelvin “sir, everything’s done as you’ve said “ . kelvin cut the call after that . “now you’re all mine “saying that he smiled like a child having his favorite candy.
