Viktor’s POV
I don’t know why life can be like this towards people, sometimes you meet people that you wish you had never met but still when you meet that you want to be part of their lives. Kaylene was one stubborn person and I don’t really know what was drawing me to her, I could have killed her that night her mother died but I didn’t. I met her years later but I decided to let her live, call it fate but I was really entangled with her.
“Do something!” the doctor yelled at me as I looked at her, even if I gave her his blood if she dies, she will wake up as something that she hated the most. A Vampire, I just couldn’t stand it if she hated me more than she does now.
