Once again I found myself walking into a door.
After opening it , I was greeted to a sight of some sort of activity going on . It's like a sale was going on.
I was outside a gathering, more like a crowd of people observing something on stage .
From the way they were dressed ,I could tell this was years ago...many years ago. This was definitely 16 something.
I maneuvered to the front passing the people.
The sun was blazing hot , the crowd uncomfortable to walk past .
Sweat and dust filled my nostrils.
I managed to get near the stage , I was the odd one out as I wore the modern jail outfit and not the black and white stripped clothes.
" ladies and gentlemen get all your purses and wallets ready as we begin" came tbe announcer.
