Dean tried to stand from the crouch that he had fallen to when Silent had punched him. Dean was still reeling from the punch to his guts that Silent had given him , it felt like his abdomen was now a flaming bowl of pain and even trying to touch it just for comfort purposes hurt . Dean was sure that whatever Sara had stitched on him had already come undone and even though he knew it was medically impossible , he could still just imagine his organs spilling out of a spot where the stitches had come off , it was not a pretty image to have in his head especially when he had seen several organ
