Ignore the Paramedic

Dean touched the back of her head to find that all of the back of her head was soaked through with her blood .

They did not need the rest of everyone finding out that she was bleeding from her head , finding out that she was more injured than she looked would only cause unnecessary problems so Dean motioned quietly for Jade to join them at her head .

As soon as he joined them , he took a look at her head and his eyes bulged , his hand flew over his mouth to cover whatever it was he was about to say or throw up depending on how you looked at him .

Dean handed the flashlight to Jade and began to search for where her head had been cut while seriously praying and hoping that it was not a dent or even worse , some gaping hole Stark in the middle of her head .

Dean found it at the same time that Jade saw it and exhaled loudly , his breath coming out shakily ad he tried to stay quiet , May rushed over to him and closed his mouth tightly before he could scream .

The little commotion however had drawn the attention of some others so Blade and Top dog turned around to see what had caused it .

Dean smiled at them and proceeded to pretend to work until he no longer felt their eyes on him .

He left Martha and turned to Jade, whispering furiously in his ears .

" Top dog will never let us leave here if anything at all goes wrong with Martha so keep your voice the f**k down !".

Jade gulped and nodded , Dean nodded at May that it was okay to let go of Jade which she begrudgingly , she had never been in support of them returning so she was probably doing an ' I told you so party' right now .

Dean went over to the sterilized equipments and found a needle almost as soon as he looked but there was no sign of any sutures .

Eventually , he found some new and packed dental floss .

Not the greatest Idea but he was in a bind already and he had fed her the pill without properly accessing all of her injuries or anticipating an head injury of this capacity .

Dean returned to her head and used the scissors to cut out all of the hair surrounding the cut , it was wide but thankfully nothing bloody was peeking out .

He began to clean and disinfect the surface when May grabbed his hand , he hurriedly turned to her .

" What ? What is it ? "

She looked worried as she looked from the dental floss in his hands to Martha's head .

" Are you sure about this ? "

Dean shook his head and whispered back as he began to stitch .

" Most of the things I do , I am barely sure about them . I do things and leave it up to time or some other deciding factor . Like when I came here , I was barely thirty percent sure of what was going on and I knew he was withholding a lot of things but there was still a chance of making money out of it , and I guess I have always been a chance taker regardless of the risks ".

Dean ended the stitch and cut off the rest of the floss , he cleaned the site of the cut again before covering it with a bandage and ruffling the rest of the hair to cover the bandage.

Dean and May immediately got to work with wrapping her ribs that that had abandoned earlier , it was harder since she was on the larger side and Dean was basically working of knowledge he had read off and not actually practiced .

It took two tries and finally a third try with Jade's assistance before Dean was satisfied with what they had done .

They placed Martha on her back gently when they were done , mindful of her head and Dean found another set of scrubs among the stuff that Jade had brought to cover her top half .

" Is this how I was naked too when you had to attend to the cuts on my back ? "

Dean nodded in the affirmative to May's question and got back to work .

" I see ".

They had used more time than Dean had anticipated so he went to work on her fingers , the phalanges in both hands were partially crushed .

Using the rulers and other unrecognizable stationeries that Top dog had provided them as splints , Dean got to work wrapping up each finger after properly placing the splints .

It was long work since both hands needed to be done , she lost have broke. her fingers when she tried to break her fall with her hands .

Dean finished on one hand and moved to the other side of the table to work on the other hand .

He was going to tell the men that had created a circle around them that there was no longer a need since they had covered her but Dean needed to continue to feel like it was just him , May and Jade here , that was taking the edge off treating a patient when he was not a doctor or even at least a medical student .

He got to work , examining the broken bones carefully and applying the stencils even more carefully so the bones did not heal wrong .

At this point , Dean was almost drooping over Martha with exhaustion .

He finally finished with the last finger and sighed loudly , warranting Top dog's attention again .

He turned around to see Dean taking off his gloves .

" Is she dead ?!?! "

All of the men , including Blade turned around after Top dog's shout and stared , all shocked .

Dean frowned at their stupidity .

" That would be a disappointment considering all of the time I spent over her ".

Blade and Top dog grimaced and Dean realized how he had sounded .

He rolled his eyes , choosing to ignore them , he was too exhausted for any unnecessary banters .

" I treated all of the things to my capacity , she will need to restrain her movement and keep her on pain relievers for as long as she can stand , let her drink lots of water too ".

All that Dean was saying seemed to be entrying through one of Top dog's ears and flowing out the other .

" When will she wake up ? "

" As soon as the drug wears off , I think my friends and I have done more than enough , May is also severely injured and needs to rest too ".

Top dog looked over to May .

" Well , I guess with a beating like that , she does need to rest up ".

May bristled but did nothing , proof of her exhaustion .

" I will escort you all out ".

Dean nodded and threw the gloves on the rest of the stuff that they had brought that he did not have any use for .

Jade ran over to Blade for his sack that still contained what Dean was not sure of and Top dog bent to say something into Martha's ears.

It seemed that they were closer than Dean had suspected .

Blade turned around after his intimate moment with Martha .

He pointed at two of his other guys .

" Let's get moving . Alberto , Ricky come with us ".

Dean sighed , finally they could go home .

They were headed for the huge doors when someone from the shadows scurried out to open the doors , Dean had totally forgotten about the people that had been in the assembly room with them .

The person that had opened the doors scurried back into the shadows before they could thank him .

A couple of people walked into the room just as they were almost at the door .

A brown skinned Latino man with no shirt and black wavy hair that stopped after his shoulders ,The man was wide shouldered and handsome and looked quite confident , he was wearing stylish pants that made Dean curious of their origins .

A woman was about a step behind him, to his left . She had dyed purple hair that was in a short , insanely tight ponytail and had cut her fatigue pants just like May had done , She was also wearing just her kevlar vest like May except hers was more strained because her breasts were bigger and her rifle was slung across her chest .

She reminded Dean of one of those girls from Mean girls , the blonde leader .

The third person was a thin man with a wide face and dark , cropped hair .

He had worn a tie over his own fatigue and was barefoot unlike the others who were in their boots .

He had large eyes , large nose and large teeth and was currently keeping them wide-open as he stared at them .

The rest of the people that had come with them seemed to be just foot soldiers , blending into the background .

Dean had just met the infamous organizers and the people that used the table and chairs at the other end of the room .

The first man that had walk through looked around the room , his eyes scanning everything they could of the situation on ground .

Finally , he was observing Martha on the table that she lay along with her wrapped up body parts and then , his eyes were on top dog next because he was closest to Martha , his eyes travelled hurriedly around him before moving to Dean and then Jade and his sack that he was carrying around with him like this was a 'Ho ho ho' situation and then to May whose general situation he frowned on before he finally turned to Blade .

He only looked hurriedly at Blade before taking his eyes off him .

Everyone observed the situation as it is before May finally stepped forward .

" We were just about leaving , so if you guys could ... ".

She smiled as she said this to the men that had been looking from behind the handsome man that had first come in .

They c****d their guns and pointed them at us .
