It's been 3 weeks since my anxiety attack and it's safe to say that things haven't changed , I started taking walks around our territory and even using Sebastian's built in home gym to start training again. But of course he's been monitoring me, constantly, to make sure I don't push myself and I hate to say that that's one of the things I like about him. Things have gotten really good between Sebastian and I, we have movie night every Friday and he takes Saturdays off to spend the whole day with me.
