Thank you for choosing my novel! This work is based around characters who live in the 1% club and therefore their experiences / opinions and mindsets aren't exactly 'normal'.

This novel will be from the POV of a character who is multilingual (French and English). I will only include the French words as they are in French when characters are otherwise speaking in English and saying the occasional French word mid-sentence, with the translations in (brackets) and italics. When characters are speaking exclusively in French, the sentences will be written in English and be in bold.

Most of the locations and places are fictional (such as towns), but otherwise this is set in a modern universe with real cities and countries. Celebrity names will be fictional and not intentionally based on real-life people, though some brands mentioned will be real.

Trigger warnings: frequent consumption of alcohol, homophobia (not MC’s but from the fictional ‘public’ & some side characters), mentions of drug-use (not MC’s), cyber bullying (‘public’), fat-shaming (side characters / ‘public’), bullying (side characters), eating disorders (side characters / derogatory commentary from the ‘public’).

Other warnings: swearing, s****l content (later chapters), a somewhat toxic relationship (questionable cheating / insults).
