Claire's POV:
I'm still dumbfounded looking at his new appearance. Even in the dark, I can still see him very clearly. I turn on the lampshade on top of the bedside table to get a better look at him. His hair grows a bit longer and he now has a beard all over his face. His skin is three times darker with a rough texture and burn-marks from his right neck down to his right arm and I bet he even has them in his body and legs. My heart aches for him when I look into his eyes. It appears that he is having sleepless nights judging from the dark circles around his hanging eyelids and swollen red eyes.
