Catherine's POV
A dream
It is dark, I am in the woods running for my life. A branch on the ground trips me over and I fall to the ground. I look up to the see the warewolves infront of me. One is a giant and I assume he is the alpha. His claws are sharp like they could kill any anything, but that is not the worst part. He is gripping my father on the throat tight. I watch with horror as my father struggles to free himself from the alpha's tight grip, his legs dangling in the air. I can hear my screams louder than my father's. It is too loud it disturbs my ear. I don't stop screaming as I am on the floor looking up at the giant Alpha gripping my father's throat. Firece blue eyes darts to meet mine at that moment and everywhere is silent. I think I cry please but I don't even here it. The alpha is still looking at me with my father gasping for air under his strong grip. Suddenly I can here my screams now but it is thesame moment the alpha tears him apart.
My eyes flick wide open as I sit up breathing rapidly. I frenziedly look around my environment to realize it was all a dream. I had been dreaming after all. I am still alive but yet to find my father. Except I am not in my room and this is not my bed. I am in a large white room. There's a girl infront of me sitted on the bed I'm on. I'm still panicking as I try to find out what is going on and who she is, also, where I am.
"It's okay" she says. "I'm sure it was just a nightmare" She says so softly that it calms me a little. I look up at her to meet those large ocean eyes. She is pretty, with bright red lipstick and high cheekbones. Her blonde hair is long and sleek. She smiles warmly to me at that moment and I shift my eyes away from her face to scan my environment once more. The room is large and few scenery paintings hang on the wall at all corners. A chandelier hangs high in the middle of the room. This is by far the most beautiful room I've ever been in, even if I've just been in the rooms in my wood house alone. This room alone is even bigger than my entire house. I'm still not comfortable and I shoot my head back at the girl to ask what I'm most curious about at the moment.
"Where am I?....what happened?" I ask her and her smile fades.
"You don't remember?" Her brows are slightly creased as she ask.
"No. What happened? Remember what?" She's about to parts her lips to speak when someone burst in through the door. He is tall and have broad shoulders with muscular arms. His hair is brown and wavy, with a lighter shade of brown at the tip. He has neatly carved beards and a well structured cheekbone. His eyes are brown, thesame colour with his full eyebrows. Who is this handsome fellow? He shoots his head at me at that moment and frown. Well I'm already not liking him.
"Sarah is she awake?" He ask, and I scooch to the far end of the bed when he approaches me close enough for his cologne to fill my nostrils.
"Took you long enough" He says in a husky deep voice as he brings his face close to mine.
"Nick stop you're scaring her. She only just woke up" The girl says, and he just smirks and straighten his posture.
"Well....my dearest cousin wants to see her. Dress her up and bring her downstairs. The alpha's waiting" He says to the girl and walks away.

Minutes later Sarah sat me infront of a large mirror as she tries her possible best to make me appear pretty to meet this 'alpha'. She's applied lipgloss, eyeliner, mascara, foundation, concealer, she even carved my brows. Ofcourse I don't try to protest as she applies any of it because She's made it quite clear that if I try to escape I will be killed, not by her but by the other warewolves. As much as I want to get the f**k away from here, I just sit still and shut my mouth. I know sooner or later I will escape when I get the chance.
I glance at Sarah who is picking out dresses from a large wardrobe by my right. She picks one out and shows it to me while a wide smile spreads on her face. It is a black beautiful dress, with lace design and a v neck. It looks just like a wedding gown as it's material flows to the ground.
"This is perfect!" Sarah squeals and walks towards me with the dress in her hand.
"When you put this on we'll be ready to meet the others"
"Who are the others?" I ask because I'm curious. I need to know how many people are out there before I plan an escape.
"The rest of the pack ofcourse" she says it like it's obvious. "There's alpha Aaron, the person were making you pretty for" she smiles at me from the mirror before she continues stretching my hair.
"There's Hannah, Aaron's sister, well Hannah is how should I put it..... unfriendly. She's not mean actually. I mean we get along very well because we practically grew up together, but people at school fear her because she's actually quite intimidating and serious" Sarah continues blabbing.
"You'll like Mason, he smiles and jokes around often. But he's Hannah's boyfriend so stay away from him for your own safety. And oh- you've met Nick. Nick is a pain in the ass but only because he has to put up with Aaron's sh*t all the time. He's a really nice guy when you get to know him.
"Is he now" I murmur sarcastically to myself as I watch her straighten my hair through the mirror infront of me.
"We used to be a large family until many of us were killed by your people. That's why now we hide.....when we can" she says calmly and I'm not sure if I should feel bad for her. My dad literally hunts them down for a living, but only because they hunt humans too. Sarah adjusts her face and a smile reappears on her face.
"We're done" She squeals, clapping her hands. She brings her face next to mine to stare at my reflection in the mirror.
"You're one pretty lucky human" Sarah says to me and her statement leaves me confused. How am I lucky when I'm held captive in a house of warewolves that could kill me at any second.
"Now time for the dress"
********
I'm walking closely beside Sarah now as she leads me down stairs. She's been blabbing for over an hour about everything I should and should not do. I shouldn't first and foremost try to escape because I'll be dead before I even near the door. I shouldn't speak except if asked a question. I shouldn't glare at anyone or answer rudely to anyone. She also said I should; smile and not look intimidated for my own good. I should answer every questions asked honestly. I should obey whatever instructions I'm given.
"Oh s**t I forgot to tell you-" Sarah starts to say when we reach the end of the stairs. It's too late now for whatever she wants to tell me because as soon as he turns around from the far window to face me, I recognize those fierce blue eyes immediately. And all the memories I had lost I remember them now.
