Week 2 - How to Design Characters

Sharifah Johanna Adelia Binti Syed Abdul Razak

Childhood

Johanna was born to Tan Sri Syed Abdul Razak Bin Syed Bukhari and Puan Sri Tunku Anne Karlene Iskandariah Binti Tunku Yusoff Abdullah. She is the youngest daughter of the couple. She had a happy childhood. Johanna is her father's apple. He would do anything for his precious princess. Her father puts his hopes and dreams in Johanna.

Personality

Since she was mold by her father, Johanna turns into a tomboy. Dressing up does not interest her. She prefers to work with engines. Oil and grease is nothing new to her. This is one of the reason she enrolled in automotive engineering when she was in university. The other is her father's dream of seeing ant of his offspring involved in auto sport

Physical feature

Johanna is 160 cm tall. Her hair is jet black but she wears the hijab or head scarf when going out. Her eyes are hazel. Johanna build is quite lean for a woman since she works out regularly. She has this sparkle to her eyes which is mesmerizing. And her mega watt smile could light up a ball room. Johanna wears glasses since she has astigmatism.

Goal

Johanna has always been passionate about auto racing since she was a little girl. She dreams of being a race driver herself but an accident years ago prevents her from getting into the cockpit. So she settles with designing engines for race cars. She wants her name to be recorded as among the best engineer ever to have worked with racing cars.

Attitude towards feeling

During her university days, Johanna had a boyfriend name Keane. They were together throughout their university days. But upon graduation, Johanna found out that Keane was using her to complete his final project. She was devastated. From than on, she became a skeptic when the opposite s*x try to approach her.

Social relationship

1. Tan Sri Syed Abdul Razak Bin Syed Bukhari

Johanna's father and the person who introduce her to the world of auto racing. He owns an auto sales empire which rakes millions of dollars per year. Tan Sri Syed is an avid racer whose initial dream is becoming a racer himself. He did delve into the racing world for a bit but decided to quit once his father was bed ridden and eventually passed away leaving him to take over the family business.

2. Brie Charlotte Reeves

Brie is Johanna's best friend and house mate. They met during orientation week in university. Brie is also in the automotive engineering course with Johanna. She is somewhat of a player since she change partners every other semester. But is is very loyal to Johanna. She is the person Johanna goes to with the problems and worries.

3. Keane Alexander

Johanna's ex boyfriend who uses her to complete is final project during university. He stole her design for a new power unit which was supposed to be Johanna's project for her summer class. He wants Johanna back when he learns that Johanna is employed by Caterham F1 Racing team.
