The knight returned to the walls and reported everything he had seen to the war council: the state of the armies, the armament, the siege weapons and the disposition of the various sections. He set out Latyér"s demands, leaving everyone speechless.
"My Lord, standing beside Latyér Gron Vier, was Minister Carosir,” he added.
Garon paused in thought, leaving everyone present on edge. He thought back to all the attitudes of his own minister. "Perhaps it was he, who warned of the attack on the garrison... allowing the enemies to defeat the knights," he thought.
