Third Person's POV Seraphina paused and turned around in confusion, meeting Mortimer's complex, scrutinizing gaze. "You..." Mortimer started to speak, but Vivian urged him from the side, "Morty, let's go. Don't block the road." Hearing Vivian's urging, Mortimer frowned, a hint of resistance in his expression. His eyes fell on Seraphina's indifferent face. He opened his mouth, but for a moment, he didn't even know what he wanted to say. "Are you getting in or not?" the cab driver pressed from in front of her. Seraphina smoothly pulled her hand back and gave the group—Mortimer included—a polite, distant wave. "I'm leaving now. Bye." With that, she opened the door and got into the cab. "Let's go." The window slowly rolled up, completely shutting out Mortimer's complicated, icy stare.
