"Ma'am, there's a problem? The new shampoo we're launching July....Casely's Choice is launching theirs. With the same ingredients" Kim says
"How is that possible?" I gasp
"The worst of it all is that, they're launching theirs a whole month before we do"
"Call for a meeting immediately Kim"
''Yes ma'am"
"Zack, get the report from the marketing team" I command
"Alright"
"Louisa, come to my office"
"Is Ken in yet?" I ask
"Yes, he's at his desk" Louisa answers
"Okay"
....
"You all must have heard the news already. Is there any solution to this?" I ask
"This is Casely's Choice, they're well known" Zack says
"Is it possible to lower the price of ours since the competition is tight?" I ask
"No ma'am. We might just run at a loss''
''You're right. When exactly are they launching theirs?"
"Twenty-fifth of June"
"Is it possible to shift our to... May?"
"Two months earlier? It's going to put a lot of pressure on everyone but, it's possible" Ken says
"It's possible ma'am" Louisa says and I nod
" Okay, for the meantime everyone get to work. Let's launch it on Twenty-fifth May" I say "Thank you for your cooperation" I stand up
....
One look at my watch and I realize how long I've been working. Picking up my bag, I decide I'm done for the day.
"Are you leaving now ma'am?"
"Yes, thank you. You can go home now"
Driving along the streets, I spot an open store. I might as well grab a few things. The cool breeze hits my face as I step out of my car and I realize how tired I am. I'm already regretting allowing all the drivers to leave before me.
Pushing the cart between the shelves, through the aisle and allowing my mind to wander, I bump into...
"Oh, I'm sorry" I apologize.
"You've got to be kidding me" He huffs in annoyance. Believe me I'm too tired to talk to him now so I just roll my eyes.
After paying, I get into my car. I'm about to drive when I feel my car being hit. Groaning, I step out and walk to the boot and find the same guy.
"So you bump into me first then you hit my car?" I raise a brow "Are you blind or something?" I'm already having a bad day and now this?
"Excuse me, you bumped into me in the first place and hitting your car was a mistake" He defends and I roll my eyes before examining my car. Except a few scratches, nothing else.
"You're lucky my car isn't dented" I mutter
"I didn't think money will be a problem for Louella Walker"
"I wasn't talking about you dumb-ass! I was talking about locking you up" I rolled my eyes
"All these celebs and their drama" He mutters
"Excuse me? I heard that"
"Good you did" He smirks before stepping into his car and driving away.
