I had to go to the office today, after three continuous weeks of staying at home and Carol and Ana insisted on tagging along. I knew it was a bad idea even before I was made to say yes because the girls hadn't asked for anything in a long time now and so that Grey gets some time for himself. Kevin and he were happy to be at home alone and have someone at one time. Did I mention I sometimes feel Grey is partial to Kevin sometimes?
So I loaded both the girls in my car who were jumping with excitement to go to a new place and see daddy's office. I work as an Investment Banker and I am doing good in life.
"So, girls, remember all the rules, right?" I ask them before starting the car.
They chime a "Yes, daddy!" almost impatient.
