VALERIE I did not know when the car pulled over through the massive gate, but I felt a tap on my shoulder and jerked awake. Looking around, I found myself sitting in the car with Alpha Damien, with heavily tinted windows and a grey interior. “C’mon,” he urged softly and jerked his head towards the window. “We have reached my place.” I looked outside the windows and my eyes widened at the sight of a grand, luxurious mansion, twice the size of Caleb’s pack house. The sprawling estate was surrounded by perfectly manicured gardens, with tall, elegant gates, marking its entrance. The mansion itself was an architectural marvel.
