Aiden’s eyes went from the television screen to the sexy, but scary looking woman standing a few feet in front of him. Once again he struggled with the cuffs that bound his hands behind his back but to no avail. His eyes were dark pools of emerald as he eyed Reagan and growled, “Stop this bullshit. You know that you would have nothing if it wasn’t for me.”
She put a hand on her hip and asked, “Nothing? Really? Don’t you mean I would have had half of everything that my step-father worked for his entire life if it wasn’t for you? You’re a greedy son of a b***h, but you know what Aiden? I could have lived with that. What I can’t live with is the fact that you’re also a sick, twisted bastard.
