Hazel's POV~
The disbelief I felt when I stared at my bank statement is something that is difficult to explain. It had an astronomical balance, enough to pay for all of Kyla’s hospital bills and settle a whole lot of other stuff!
“But where did it come from?” I asked the bank teller behind the counter.
“From an foreign anonymous bank account” she said, in her typical formal voice “The money was deposited in your account by 8:30 this morning” she continued. I was confused and found it hard to comprehend what was going on.
I had come to the bank this morning to transfer part of Kyla's hospital bill to the hospital only to be met with this strange news; some random person had sent half a million dollars to my bank account this morning. Overcome with mixed feelings of confusi
