I got home past 5:00 PM. I just messaged Godfather to let him know I had arrived, even though I knew Pablo had already informed him.
However, it was past 7:00 PM, and he still hadn't replied. I knew he was having dinner with his family, but I wondered why he couldn't even send a single response.
Since Godfather wasn't there, I felt too lazy to cook, so I just made noodles.
I was eating when a notification popped up on my phone. I casually reached for it to see Serenity’s message.
"Girl, you have to see this," she typed.
I frowned. It took a few moments before she finally sent a photo.
I almost dropped my chopsticks when I saw Godfather. The photo was taken from a distance, but because it was a side view, I could recognize Godfather Nick.
