"What are you talking about?" I reply as I break my attention away from my AP US History assignment.
"J.D.," he clarifies and I shrug.
"I don't know," I say. "Would it be bad to do it over text?"
"I mean, you'd be wasting less of his time," Diego replies.
"Yeah..." I trail as I pick up my phone. "What do I say?"
"Let me see," Diego says as he extends his hand.
"No, I want to construct the message," I reply. "Besides, you'd probably get me engaged to him if I were to hand this over to you."
