All of my skin was tingling almost to the point of pain and there was a strange sensation at the base of my spine. My new wolf Solana told me that I needed to change into my wolf but I didn’t realise she meant right away. At least not until my skin started to feel as though it was being tickled by a million feathers all at once. It was unbearable.
“We need to get you to the edge of town,” Ezra told me. I didn’t like how nervous he looked. I had been by his side when he shifted for the first time but he didn’t seem to be anywhere near as nervous then as he was now.
A sharp spasm of pain passed down my spine and through my limbs.
“I don’t think we have time for that.”
My change was pretty damn imminent, I don’t know how I knew but I did. I knew I was going to change into my wolf in a
