“So tell me, Hope. How have these two been treating you since everything happened? I know that things couldn’t be easy, but hopefully they haven’t been hurtful. They are better than that,” Alpha Thomas asked. I saw Noah cringe at the question, but we needed Hope to stay honest, not only to herself, but to others as well.
Hope looked towards Noah, and when he nodded, she told Thomas everything.
“It hasn’t been easy. Jeffery punished me and my parents for my brother’s wrongdoing. Nicholas has been kind for the most part, but Noah and I had to go through some things that he isn’t proud of, and to be honest, I’m not proud of either. We worked through it for the most part, and are working on an amazing friendship now. Just like before everything happened,” she smiled.
