Liam pov,
I watched her every move, from her elegant walking step to her nerdy appearance, then to her innocent eyes. Those turquoise eyes of hers demanded attention, I get lost in them every time I look into them. Her not realizing how beautiful she was, made me love her more. "How did such an angel fall on earth", I wondered to myself.
"Sorry for disturbing you, but the applicants are expecting your arrival", my driver rudely interrupted. Sure, let's get going", I turned to her direction one last time, watched her sip her drink then signaled my driver to start going.
The only thing that stood between me and her aside from the tinted glass was fear, fear of the unknown.
Angela pov,
"Are you still having those strange feels", Felicity asked as she watched me shiver and turn every minute. "Yeah, I feel like someone is watching my every move, like a stalker" I replied as goose bumps filled my body. An ash car with tinted glass drove away, driving out that stalker feeling, "That is strange", I whispered as I watched it speed down the highway.
"Forget about your crazy imagination, focus on the job interview ahead", Felicity reminded me. "Which I am now 5 minute late", I shouted while getting up to run, to run as fast as my legs could carry me. "Hey", Felicity called out, "best of luck and be careful". I gave her an assured look and started running. "Seriously don't fail this interview, I am tired of cleaning your mess, get a job you couch potatoes", I heard her shouting behind me. "Geez, typical Felicity", I said to self shaking my head.
After running a marathon race, I finally reached my destination. Tallest building in the whole of New York (exaggeration), stood at my front. What were they thinking when they accepted my application. I folded my two hands together, held them tight for comfort as I entered the building.
"Good day, miss---", Miss Angela Giles", I completed her statement. She nodded with a smile. "yes, how can I help you", she asked politely. "I am her for an interview"
"okay, right this way", she guided me on the directions I needed to follow. "Good luck", she said and walked away.
The room was filled with brains, everyone wore an intimidating look. "Miss Angela Giles, miss Angela", someone kept on calling my name. "Here I am", I identified while walking fast. "This is the fifth time your name is been called, punctuality is one attribute you must acquire", she reprimanded me, I just stared with an apologizing look as the woman led me through the door.
Wow, who decorated this room, a child maybe. The room was, how do I put it "colourful", but in a matured way. Who chooses white and yellow for the walls and then a different color like pink and orange for the furnitures, not me. A little smile creep through my face as I looked round the room. "Take your seat", a deep and yet gorgeous voice cut me off guard. I walked towards the chair and saw a man with dirty brown hair, focusing all his attention on some piece of paper.
"Name", he asked rudely.
"Angela Giles", I answered, immediately he heard my voice he raised his head in shock. I must have swore I heard him say, "She's here".
