A A S T H A It's the darkening eve as my feet touches newly-mow grass. The lawn still smells like after-mow, wind caress my face as I close my eyes. These few hours of spending time with this family has eased me somehow. A smile plays on my lips recollecting Nayan’s childhood. Aunty sure wants Nayan to stay here to night but I am hanging there like a leech when she asked so she asked me to stay too but nothing has happened as Nayan declined the offer anyway. We were making our way to Nayan's car when Aunty called him for a second. So here I am standing outside, waiting for him. Someone clears their throat, I turn around to see Uncle. He smiles and offers to show the garden around. “I would love to.” I say walking with him slowly. “and once again thanks for the Dinner, Uncle.” I
