Just what I needed! Mira coming into my life again the minute I am trying to make things right with Cassidy. I had ran after Cassidy to explain things to her but she wasn't listening. Instead, she got more upset. The only thing I could do was give her the space she needed. I realized at that spot that I needed to be patient with her, patient with both of us if we were going to work out.
Damn it! I was angry at myself. And most especially, angry at Mira's impeccable timing. I walked back to the conference room, ready to give Mira a piece of my mind but she wasn't there. She was lucky not to be there.
Walking to my office, I got cranky and easily offended by anything and everything. As if every staff member around me noticed, they all scurried away to their different posts.
