Cassidy's POV
“What news?” I asked before checking my phone. Surprisingly, I couldn't find any news related to why the cops would be coming for me.
“ It is so easy to find even when you're not searching.” Tessa told me and I grew more confused as to why I wasn't seeing anything on the net. I googled to find any news but still couldn't find anything aside from the old articles about me and my family.
The entire world knew what was wrong in my life but I didn't! “Send me a link to any of those news.” I instructed Tessa. I needed to know what was going wrong if I wanted to handle it or defend myself. If the cop were on their way to me, I didn't want to run. It would make me seem guilty.
