FishJarrod’s week had taken its toll. It was Thursday and Jarrod had been on the go since 5:30 a.m. The training session in the morning, followed by the script session late afternoon, had exhausted him mentally and physically. A big game lay ahead on Saturday, but there was a lot happening between now and then. Johnny had driven him over to the Lexus dealership and he had picked up his car. Johnny hung around to see what he was getting, and Jarrod hid his surprise when they brought out a top-of-the-range all-wheel-drive family wagon.
