(Evans POV)
It was dark. Very dark. So dark that I couldn't tell the difference between having my eyes open and closed.
I couldn't sleep, even though Aaron was right beside me. Usually, I would be able to fall asleep pretty easily when Aaron was right next to me, but today that didn't seem to happen.
"Aaron.... are you awake?" I waited for a few seconds and then when I thought that Aaron wasn't going to answer, he hummed in response.
I gulped and looked over at him.
"I... I have a question.." I mumbled softly.
He turned over to look at me and smiled tiredly as he reached for my face. "Anything." He said. "Ask anything."
I gulped again and stared deeply into his eyes.
