Wait how did she know his father's name. It was a closed adpotion. He shook his head and let that go.
" Why Maxwell? "
She just looked at him for a minute. Because part of her wished he'd been your, but she didn't say that instead she said. " Despite how things ended and my new for a fresh start I had very fond memories of my friendship with you and Brad. You had the same middle name. Both of you where two greatbmen. In away I could hold on to that."
Before he could respond she asked.
" Why did you think he was your?"
" We had s*x and you disappeared for seven years thats why I thought he was our son."
" I had a job offer in New York."
" You could have had any job you wanted. I know that New York wasn't your only job offer. You didnt even bother to call and tell us you accepted. No goodbye and you changed your number. You made it obvious that you didnt want to hearvus ever again."
" You gave me no reason to stay. "
" But Brad and Grace."
" Connections to you they would tell you how to get a hold of us. Not that would matter you made it clear you where done with me."
" By not calling. Was trying to sort things out. "
" Your mom." she said
" My mom was always saying stuff. Sure usually under her breath."
" Yes she was and I took it for four years. I finally lost it that day. That day was when I began to change to the more outspoken and bold me."
No one else was doing. You just shrugged her off."
" I didnt just shrugged her off neither did my dad. In the beginning you told me not to fight her because she was my mother and was just being over protective. So I always waited fo say anything when you weren't around and so did dad. In fact my dad did in front of you more than once. You always acted like you had tough skin."
He was right there where times his dad stuck uo for her. " I did for four years but couldn't take it anymore especially after I thought you didnt want me around anymore. "
" Of course I wanted you around. That last time she went to you I didnt know about it."
" That wasn't the only one you didn't know about. She confronted me the weekend of our graduation trip. I told her you would always be a part of my life and she should get use to it."
" You told her that before."
" That was the nice clean version of what I said. But you didn't want me around anymore."
" That couldn't be further from the truth."
" Really. We never had s*x the night, Aiden."

" I didn't realize how hung over you where that you didnt remember. "
" Wait I wasn't that hung over. I remember pushing you against the wall and undressing you."
" Yes. Than you pushed me down on the bed. I took your pants off and you laid me back on the bed while kissing me. Than you pushed yourself up." She stopped for a moment clear embarrassed.
" No I woke up nakedness with you curled up next to me."
" I woke up still a virgin so I know nothing happened. You didnt want me."
" You mean I passed out. Because I wanted you. "
" When you lifted up she made it clear it was wrong. Than passed out on top of me."
He sighed how embarrassing that must have been for her even know she was embarrass. " I really did want you. More than anything in my entire life."
" Really, Aiden?"
" Yes! I fight for so long because I didn't ant to ruin are friendship. Than, Ben was doing his best to convince me that I had to take my shut. I guess I needed the school to give me the courage, but I didnt want it to be just a drunk roll in the hay. I wanted more than that."
" So you quite talking to me."
He took her hands. " Don't apologize it's been to long."
" I know it must have been painful. I was trying to figure out how to tell you I was sorry how it came about without making it sound like I didnt want it to happen. "
" You did a great job."
She pulled her hands away.
" Ya I ruined a great friendship. Just what I tried to avoid. "
" We ruined, Aiden. I could have stuck around. We talked about everything except us. We never discussed and that's what led us here."
" Right."
" So you had Brad cheek out the adpotion."
" How did you know?"
" Of course you did if you thought he was a Kline?" There was a slight sneer as she said it.
" Why do you say it like that."
"Well I guess the Klines are not thar bad, but it's the other side."
" O. The prestigious Stantions."
" Ya."
" Do you know I found out why uncle Jack has nothing to do with the family. "
" Your the reason Im still in Texas. "
Part of her wanted to tell him that he needed to leave. She needed time to think and plan, but it felt good for them to be together again.
"Is it the reason you where going to go to rival company or why your still in Texas? "
She knew that she needed to plan and think t things out and to do that he should leave, but she was enjoying being together again and this would have to be the last time.
Smiling she said " I'm glad."
" You missed us ."
" Of course. So what about the other part of that Question."
" Yes it would be." He told her all about it.
" Your kidding, "
" Not at all, but dad told me when he split from mom. So I started planning back than."
" But you blew that up when you seen Ben's picture and thought he was yours."
" Ya, but I'll bounce back."
" You've got something else on your mind."
