More Of You

When Elizabeth got home from the house, she went to her home immediately without listening to the reprimands of her sister and mother downstairs. Her concern right now is how on earth did she end up meeting that man last night, who had a one-night stand, and now the same man who is the Executive Director of the company she just had an interview with? She was panicking and holding her head as if she could not believe what just happened. The way that man grabbed her and kissed her was so good that she could not get him off her head. “That can’t be! I have to remember everything!” she said and laid down on the bed. “Elizabeth, Elizabeth, try again-“ And when she closed her eyes, some memories fled from her mind. It was on the dance floor. She was drunk because of the tequila and cocktails her best friend gave her. And when she was dancing, a pair of blue eyes approached her. “Hey,” the man said with his neat dress shirt and slacks. “Care to dance with me?” Elizabeth lifted her face to the handsome and virile man in front of her. She grinned and catapulted her arms onto his shoulder as if she was very comfortable with him. Her best friend on the counter was also making out with another man and later on went to a VIP room for sexy privacy. “I’m Elizabeth,” she said to the man while grinding in front of him. “What about yours?” She was perspicuously drunk and the man had no idea that she had a low tolerance. He wants something from her. She wants to have fun. He leaned over to her ear, making her giggle a little bit for a tingling sensation. “I’m Cross,” he said. “Nice meeting you, Elizabeth.” “You have a nice name,” she said and chased the direction of his face. “And you are so handsome. Are you a son of Aphrodite? Or are you a god of handsomeness?” Cross chuckled, being immersed in Elizabeth’s brown eyes even though the dance floor was merely illuminated by the different colors of the disco lights. Pop music prevailed in the whole bar while the two of them acted like they were alone in the world. “Do you tell men how handsome they are when they want you?” Cross asked, his face already nearing Elizabeth’s face. “What are you talking about?” she said, her grin getting bigger. “You are the first man who approached me, since this is the first time I have been to the bar.” “You’re kidding.” “I am not.” “Well, I am lucky, then?” The two of them chuckled. Elizabeth fancied him, so she lifted her hand and caressed his face downward. Before she knew it, Cross claimed her lips with his. She found herself closing her eyes and responding to his kisses. At first, it was passionate and slow. But when the music changed into a hot, fast one, they moved their lips against each other as if they were devouring their mouths. Elizabeth’s tongue grazed on his lips, making him groan and turn on. “Not here,” he whispered. “Do you want to go somewhere where we can be alone?” Elizabeth was already turned on. She wanted him, so while she was being pulled, she could not stop fantasizing about his face, his body, and his sweet words if she would be his girlfriend. Without her knowing, Cross was very far from the prince-charming stereotype where princesses aspire to be saved by handsome princes. Cross is beyond a monster and would be perfect as an attractive and licentious beast. “Where are we going?” she asked him when they got to the parking lot. “My head hurt already.” But Cross could not hear her anymore. He could not wait to touch her, so when she said something about her head, he was already circling his Mercedes Benz to go to the driver’s seat. “We will go to a nearby hotel,” he announced, and started the engine. “Elizabeth…” “Yes?” she said and arched her eyebrows. “Do you give me the consent to touch you?” he asked. Elizabeth shrunk her eyes, getting lost upstate because of how dark and dangerous the Cross was already in front of her. His hair was in a buzz cut and a perfect man who would take her to the other side of the world. And she is lost in consciousness. She just wants him. “As long as it is you, why not?” she confidently said. Cross slowly grinned and winked at her. “I promised to give you fire tonight,” he said and caressed her face. “But do you have an idea that you have an angelic face?” “Angelic?” she said and shook her head. “I don’t know. Why? Are you the devil?” “Maybe.” “Then I would love to break heaven’s gates just to be with you.” Cross furrowed his eyebrows as he found himself being affected by her words and the beauty she holds. Her sweet voice, flirtatious words, and seductive body --- how could he not get attracted to her? That is why, when they got to the hotel, he could hear his heart palpitating as she was giggling behind him. He was cursing and insanely itching to touch her now. “Hey, slow down,” Elizabeth said when she noticed that Cross was savage and hungry about kissing her. “You might get enough of me if you can’t slow down yourself.” Cross only shook his head. “I don’t think enough is enough for me,” he whispered and held her hand when he locked the door of the hotel room. “I want more of you. More.”
