DC Holdings Inc. did not make Cross and Elizabeth have peace and tranquility when they see each other inside the company. Cross would be annoyed when he meets eyes with her, while Elizabeth would just raise her eyebrows, not giving a f**k if he did something to piss her off. Their glares were sharp and oblivious, yet Elizabeth would make sure that she won in the end.
"A party?" Elizabeth mumbled when Yngrid called her through her cellphone during the night. "What is it all about?"
Yngrid hummed while chuckling. "It's for a celebration party because there were renewal contracts that were signed today at the
company. The higher-ups were very good at making decisions, as well as the Executive Director!" she enthusiastically said. "Don't you think he is very handsome?"
